The estates is wonderful! Let me start with we had a two week timeline from application to move in because of a terrible experience at another apartment. (Renovations got extended over two months) We came and saw Angela and she became our miracle worker. The cleaning team was out of town and to Prevent us from having our move in date pushed back. she hand cleaned our apartment and did a pretty good job! And gave us the cutest home warming basket. Staff is always friendly and truly are here for the residents. The Apartments themselves are really nice. The amenities are worth paying to live here too and always being upgraded like the gym currently. Neighbors are quite so far. Would recommend becoming a resident. Special Thanks again to Angela and The property management team here!

Dont move here. The noise from above is unbearable. Mental facility behind apartment is loud. We were told it was quiet and peaceful. Nothing quiet about this place at all.

Dont waste your time with this updated dump. While it is gated, the gate was often open. Management does not utilize the security cameras properly. There are hidden fees, in addition to your rent each month. The entry point for the exercise room was often not secured. Front desk staff were sporadically in the office. Save yourself the trouble.
