the company is really making great changes to the apartments , they keep everything so nice and clean when you come onto the property it's a nice feeling to see a nice clean area, it really makes a difference how the people that live their feel proud to be a resident, and they put a brand new play ground for the kids, just nice to live .

They treat you as if your kids out here tell you what you can and can't do tell the kids they can't play at the park after 7 they barely want you to have company management team sucks they won't work with you the rent is too high for these apartments the maintenance lies and said they come fix things when they don't I literally see someone moving out every month because of poor maintenance and poor management eventually all the apartments will be empty and no one will be living here I can't wait until I'm able to move

We are so sorry to hear how you are not happy here. Yes. We do have Community Policies designed for the safety and welfare of our residents. I am not sure where the comment about not being able to have company was derived from. Residents are more than welcome to have company visit them. We do ask so to be considerate of your neighbors by asking your guests not to park in front of their doors so everyone can park close to their home. I would like to know how I have not been able to work with you. Depending on the situation, we do our best to try to work with all of our residents within in the legal guidelines. If at anytime a maintenance issue is not being satisfied, we WANT to hear about it. Initially, we had changes in maintenance that left gaps but feel we have a great maintenance team. If at anytime a request has not been met, we need to know so we can make sure your request is completed by your satisfaction. If you are still here, please come see me so I can help you with your concerns and hopefully win you back as a valued resident.

The rent is too high for the location. There are no Amenities for the cost and the apartment size is too small for the rent cost for only one restroom!
