This place is not worth the price. This is false advertisement. Not all units are newly renovated. Most still have carpet not hardwood floors and look is still outdated. There is no longer a basketball court, playground is out of commission for several months, and the so called gated community is a single row of metal bars only in the front of complex with a gate that does not function. New management took over 3 years ago now and gate still doesn't work. Also you can't even pay rent online you still have to go through the hassle of getting a money order, its 2020 they should really get with the times. Seems the only thing they like to do here is plant trees. Maintenance is also a joke the head guy isn't really qualified and will google how to fix something right in front of you. Also they don't always give a sufficient notice for when your unit will be accessed and the water has been cut off just about every 3 months with a last minute notice placed on your door a few hours before.They make it sound nice for advertisement but its not worth the price and management needs customer service classes. Do yourself a favor and keep looking elsewhere. Glad im moving on very soon!

I am so sorry to hear about the disappointment you have concerning some of the issues on the property. In regards to the units newly renovated. All apartments were renovated with newer cabinets, black appliances prior to assuming new ownership. The hardwood flooring is something we began on select units when carpet needed to be replaced. We started replacing with wood inspired flooring and most recently this year, wood plank. When someone leases with us, we do not advertise all apartments with wood flooring. There are options offered at a lower price for homes with carpet. The basketball court was removed due to misuse. We sent several notices out asking residents not to hang on the goal bringing the goal down. This was repaired 4- 5 times. The last time, we did not put it back up because it happened over the weekend and we did not want someone to get hurt. The playground has only been closed since early July due to swings damaged and waiting on parts which was explained in our announcement. Delivery issues due to the COVID. The fence was in disrepair so did not make sense to repair the gate if the fence was falling down. We replaced the fence. The water was cut off 2 times due to major leaks in need of repair. Once in February and one "possibly" today. We can only give the notice our plumbers give us and we are sorry if it appears to be last moment. We are required to give 24 hr notice which we do and the last water repair was a 48 hour notice delivered on Monday for today. We are looking at online payment options this year. We have been here close to 3 years and have been handling several major capital issues such as broken storm drain lines, clogged drain lines, replacing the fence, tree removal, etc. Yes, we have invested in landscaping due to the bareness of this community and want to make it beautiful as well as improving units when we have opportunity. I truly wish I had the opportunity to meet with you about your concerns before your decision to leave.


Its very spacious and quiet out and they are always helping

I absolutely hate staying out here its not worth what you pay the price that I paid for a two bedroom one bath I could pay for a two bedroom two bath at another apartment but no worries I will be leaving soon just like every other person has done in this community they Tell you your children cant play at the playground after 7 oclock they tell you your children cant play at the basketball goal after 7 oclock so what do we pay our rent for if Ill children cant even go outside and play when they want to

I am sorry to hear about your disappointment in our community. We did raise the playground and basketball hours during the summer time. The times posted are meant for the safety and welfare of all residents.


Mann this so bad they out here saying kids cant ride bikes out here on the sidewalk u cant stay outside until 7 no Im grown my kids life not fair out here First the rent to high for a 2 bedroom I would move and go back to August ga at dell ways they pay 200 for rent

Unfortunately bikes can't be ridden on the sidewalk because we do want to ensure that they are available for other residents to walk on. While we do close the playground and basketball court at 7 p.m. during part of the year the hours are extended during the summer. This ensures that they aren't being used after dark and allows those residents nearby to have quiet in the evenings. We feel our rent is fair particularly with all the upgrades like new flooring and countertops going in! Please call if we can assist you further.


the company is really making great changes to the apartments , they keep everything so nice and clean when you come onto the property it's a nice feeling to see a nice clean area, it really makes a difference how the people that live their feel proud to be a resident, and they put a brand new play ground for the kids, just nice to live .
