I receive a quick response to any repairs. The staff in the office and the maintenance staff are always nice and understanding about any problems or situations.
Excellent management, quick response when there is a problem, very affordable, good security.
The quality of the apartment was perfect! Never had noise issues and we always felt safe. Only one incident when a maintenance man walk in on me while I was wearing a towel. Also, parking was a little of a pain.
The late day grace period is great for those months where the unexpected occurs and payment would have to be late.
The cleanliness and overall upkeep of the property is great.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
