Compare, compare compare!! I shouldn't hear my neighbors bathroom habits for $1000+. Above, beside, there is no peace. And the breezeways are just echoes of everyone who comes and goes. I wish they'd spent some of the money spent on "high" end finishes on high end construction!

I love it here... quiet and clean. The office staff is nice and accommodating

Im a student at Augusta University and absolutely love living here. Granted the walls are thin but thats the only downfall. I rarely hear anything else and I guess its just the neighbors other people get that are noisy. My neighbors have toddlers and kids but I can barely hear them. The only people I hear are the adults yelling at each other. The location is perfect! It is so close to everything including Summerville campus. If the place is split among 2 people, it is affordable. Maintenance is always on whatever residents need and will teach how to fix it rather than wait for them especially if residents are impatient. The leasing office will own up to their mistakes and get things done quickly. I highly recommend!

I hate that I can hear everything! The Walls are sooo sooo thin

Very nice place. Staff are really friendly and helpful through the application process. Location is so convenient to highways and key locations.

Nice looking but horribly built. I can tell you every single my neighbors talks about. The people who live on top of me sound like they are literally going to come through the floor and the management does nothing about it. Waaaay over priced for these tiny, noisy apartments. Oh, did I mention I can't open either of my bathroom doors not my dishwasher all the way because of shotty construction? Do yourself a favor and keep looking!
