First, the office staff is always willing to answer questions or resolve any issues. Maintenance requests are resolved within a reasonable amount of time, depending on the priority. The grounds are maintained well, i.e., kept clean with grass and plants making the area attractive. Lastly, my experience in 1-1/2 years of residence here, I have had ( mostly) quiet neighbors. It's a good place to live for a retired person.
Rocky Creek is a very safe, clean, well taken care of complex. Staff is friendly and always helpful and maintenance always shows up the next day to help with any issue. There is a nice amount of green lawn to enjoy with a lovely pond and the pool is always clean and ready to enjoy. Would recommend it to anyone.

I am pleased with the maintenance and leasing consultant/management. They take care of the tenants and are easily available when needed the apartments a great size for the the price and are the grounds and buildings are very well maintained.
