They look like they are not Maintained or Properly managed looks like they have not moved lawn in some time would definitely not move there dont look safe pictures are Fake and not with the property really look like

I live in a Icon Waverly apartment and things here have gone from bad to worst since the pandemic. I was charged just over $800 and everything worked fine except there was no places to put your pets feces. I have been here over 2 years and been through multiple management changes and now everything is worse. My rent is now over $900 and my outlets constantly go out, my dishwasher doesn't work, and my both my front and back doors are a problem. Yet my landlords are complacent and will not do anything about even though I'm paying a premium to live here. It's should be if I have to pay more to live here they should pay attention to me more but that isn't the case. I wished apartment complex had more oversight so things like this wouldn't happen.

They dont respond or really fix anything they just patch it up so you can deal with it all over again a month later.

This is a great community and the new management team is here to make a difference. I have never had same day service as a resident until SMP took over. I turned in my work order and there was someone at my door that afternoon. Thank you to the new team who are giving great service.

This is my first time renting an apartment with anyone. Let me say my first experience was terrible. I paid more than my welcome letter stated I was going to pay. I never saw the actual townhouse that was for me until I moved in. They had told me it was not ready. It was nothing like the one I saw in person when I did a walk-through that was suppose to be alike. It also looks nothing like the ones online. When I first moved in, I immediately noticed the difference. It seemed like they did not remodel the townhouse. It looked like someone had recently moved out, and they just painted the walls. The things I noticed was the screen window in the living room was broken. The master bedroom door handle came off. The drawer under the oven does not close; it stays open like something is pushing it out. The bathroom tub floor paint was chipping off. I was pretty shocked that these minor things where accuring when it was supposed to be a "newer" townhouse. The following day I turned in my paper with the deficiencies I found. A month has passed and no one has ever come by fixing the small problems. So I decided to give them a call about 4 days ago, the woman who answered the phone said she will put the problems in the system. I had also asked for a copy of my lease that I been emailing for a month. She had told me within the hour she will send it. I never received anything. Yesterday I checked my account online and only saw 1 of the problems I had told her about put in. I decided to put the rest of it myself. I still have not recieved my lease, I tried calling today and no one answered. I will call back agian Monday and ask to speak with a supervisor because this is getting ridiculous. It makes me wonder if they can not do the small things I am asking for, what's going to happen when something big occurs. I am definitely not renewing my lease. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO MOVE IN THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX. There are definitely other places far better than this.

I wanted to give a positive review to the maintenance team. I wanted to specifically give a review for the worker named Barrett. Every interaction I have with Barrett is kind, friendly, and helpful. Barrett even answers my questions about how wiring works when I was interested in knowing more about the electricity and wiring in the apartment. Barrett goes above and beyond in his work, and has fixed all of the issues I had in a timely manner. He is a great worker and should probably get a raise or a bonus for sure.

Don’t ever rent At icon Waverly been here 6 months when we first moved in I turned in the form with everything wrong nothing got fixed then went up there with hunter told them the problems they said they will send someone out to fix it didn’t happen then went up there again because we where having problems with bugs and Spiders which then I got bit and had to pay for medication to help it so I got my dad to come up there with me for the second time finally they send pest control that we are paying for 3 months of being here I go up there again and told them my Washer outlet does not work I’m having to run a drop cord! They said they will handle it few weeks later people come out and they looked at the toilets they thought we meant we had a plumbing issue!!! Then this is the 4th time I went out to them yesterday with my dad now this is 6 months of us being here we go up there with my dad and we tell them we won’t out the lease of the apartment they say no we will get it all taken care of today so with my dad threatening them with his attorney to sue them they’re just now coming to fix all these problems!!! And on top of this the lady was calling me Lier that I never once came up there about our washer output not working And about our porch which I took pictures of when I first moved in and also filled out the paperwork with everything wrong!!!! Our porch roof has a big whole which leaks porch is falling apart laundry room floor has to be replaced the floor under neath is rotted health code Violation breaker box does not have a cover over it

I've tried several times to post a Google review of which will not post, so I've decided to post here. Do not live here. My fiance and I made the horrible mistake of renting here, they are all about those first glances but nothing else. its been constant issues with the bathtub and toilet backing up, numerous bugs throughout the unit, ac issues because it fails to adequately cool the unit, creaky floors on the entire second floor, rotten wood from the bathroom constantly leaking, vehicle break ins, trash scattered throughout the complex, and the list goes on. Our biggest problem has been that for the past 4 out of 6 weeks the shower has backed up to the point that when we shower, the water comes up to our ankles. For paying over $1000/month on rent, this is inexcusable. We have called, complained, put in numerous maintenance requests and it's as if they don't care. It takes roughly a week to get things fixed but with this shower situation its been almost 2 months of having people come out doing the bare minimum to get things fixed. 4 months to go and we will be gone.

Military families DO NOT rent from these apartments. Elizabeth is a horrible apartment manger. My husband and I are dual military. We received orders to go to Fort Bragg March 4 and these apartments are forcing us to pay three days of proration for the month of April, because they are saying they require a “30-day notice exactly,” although we didn’t even get a 30-day notice from the U.S. Army that we had to move and report. Our report date is April 3. It’s very frustrating that this apartment complex is making a big deal about THREE DAYS. They do not care about you or your family—all they care about is making sure they steal money from service members and their families. We will have to pay for three extra days, even though we will not be residing in the apartment after March 31.

Moved in two weeks ago trying to get out asap. I sent a list of things that were wrong when they told me it was "move in ready" -Carpet was wet -Patio needs cleaning and painting -Hole in the floor near washer and dryer room -Spiders and webs on the patio -Toilet was dirty -Tub tile has holes that have to be fixed -No light outside my door -They didn't tell me I'd have carpet til a day before I moved in - Door needs repainting - Broken blind in bedroom - The AC was leaking since Sunday night and the water wasn't extracted until Wednesday Rent is way too much to deal with ANY of this upon moving in. over 1k/month And the fact that it has thick carpeting (which I was never told about) because of allergies and this unit so obviously old and barely together. Thus far... -They put a light outside the door. - Got the water up after 3 days... unacceptable. This place is depressing, even outside the unit building. The other buildings before you get to 24 look decent though.
