They look like they are not Maintained or Properly managed looks like they have not moved lawn in some time would definitely not move there dont look safe pictures are Fake and not with the property really look like

I live in a Icon Waverly apartment and things here have gone from bad to worst since the pandemic. I was charged just over $800 and everything worked fine except there was no places to put your pets feces. I have been here over 2 years and been through multiple management changes and now everything is worse. My rent is now over $900 and my outlets constantly go out, my dishwasher doesn't work, and my both my front and back doors are a problem. Yet my landlords are complacent and will not do anything about even though I'm paying a premium to live here. It's should be if I have to pay more to live here they should pay attention to me more but that isn't the case. I wished apartment complex had more oversight so things like this wouldn't happen.

They dont respond or really fix anything they just patch it up so you can deal with it all over again a month later.

This is a great community and the new management team is here to make a difference. I have never had same day service as a resident until SMP took over. I turned in my work order and there was someone at my door that afternoon. Thank you to the new team who are giving great service.

This is my first time renting an apartment with anyone. Let me say my first experience was terrible. I paid more than my welcome letter stated I was going to pay. I never saw the actual townhouse that was for me until I moved in. They had told me it was not ready. It was nothing like the one I saw in person when I did a walk-through that was suppose to be alike. It also looks nothing like the ones online. When I first moved in, I immediately noticed the difference. It seemed like they did not remodel the townhouse. It looked like someone had recently moved out, and they just painted the walls. The things I noticed was the screen window in the living room was broken. The master bedroom door handle came off. The drawer under the oven does not close; it stays open like something is pushing it out. The bathroom tub floor paint was chipping off. I was pretty shocked that these minor things where accuring when it was supposed to be a "newer" townhouse. The following day I turned in my paper with the deficiencies I found. A month has passed and no one has ever come by fixing the small problems. So I decided to give them a call about 4 days ago, the woman who answered the phone said she will put the problems in the system. I had also asked for a copy of my lease that I been emailing for a month. She had told me within the hour she will send it. I never received anything. Yesterday I checked my account online and only saw 1 of the problems I had told her about put in. I decided to put the rest of it myself. I still have not recieved my lease, I tried calling today and no one answered. I will call back agian Monday and ask to speak with a supervisor because this is getting ridiculous. It makes me wonder if they can not do the small things I am asking for, what's going to happen when something big occurs. I am definitely not renewing my lease. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO MOVE IN THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX. There are definitely other places far better than this.
