      It's very quiet. I had a repair issue with the HVAC and it was repaired the next day.

      Overall Helena Springs is nice & I feel safe here. However, the only recreational amenities I see is a picnic table located very close to a dumpster. Also, I could not give the apartment move in condition an excellent score because there was some paint on my floors in the kitchen and bathroom (taken care of immediately) & there was saw dust in the back of my cabinets in the kitchen. Last missing things such as peep hole and nozzle spray in kitchen sink.

      Love what this complex has to offer. Also rent prices seems to be reasonable.

      It is a disgusting apartment complex. Worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Bad maintenance, rude office staff, and tons of bugs and animals.
