I have lived in this complex for three years and couldnt ask for a better experience. The customer service and maintenance is exceptional. They are always there to help and make sure you are comfortable and taken care of. Thank you for everything you do, ATC!!!!
The apartment area is centrally located for easy assets to grocery stores, or any type of shopping. It's a very quiet community. Everyone are friendly. Including staff workers.
Landscaping of complex is what attracted us. And affordability. Apartments are pretty basic. Will not be renewing lease due to multiple issues, some not properly communicated before lease signing. Apartments are now under corporate ATC development. Seems like the complex was saved from serious financial issues doing this. You can tell by the condition of buildings. One apartment in my building has flooded 3+ times in a month before. They are in the process of renovating but it will take a couple years to be completed so hope you dont get an apartment that really needs maintenance alot. Also during this renovation, construction crews will constantly be in your way. Hope you arent in any rush trying to get out of the complex. Also you are told you get 1 parking spot and a guest spot. Incorrect. You get 1 spot and your building gets 3/4 guest spots to share (hope your roommate doesnt have a car). Last thing, your rent will be $20-45 more due to renters insurance fees(understandable) and processing fees on their online pay portal. It could even be more, the fees are 3-4% of rent. Hope this helps with your aparment search.
I really lovr love the apartment
Since i have lived here the pool has never been open. If the pool opens i would pay for a membership fee. I have two kids and they would really enjoy the pool.
