I have lived in this complex for three years and couldnt ask for a better experience. The customer service and maintenance is exceptional. They are always there to help and make sure you are comfortable and taken care of. Thank you for everything you do, ATC!!!!

The apartment area is centrally located for easy assets to grocery stores, or any type of shopping. It's a very quiet community. Everyone are friendly. Including staff workers.

I have been living here at Forest Hills Raquet Club Apartments for the past 12 years. The management/staff here is exceptional. They have demonstrated a commitment to ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free living environment throughout the years. Some standout qualities that make management/staff deserving of praise: Whenever I have a maintenance request or a question, they were quick to respond. Their communication skills are top-notch, and they genuinely care about addressing my concerns promptly. The apartment complex is always well-maintained. Whether it is landscaping, common areas, or individual units, the staff pays attention to every detail. Cleanliness and order are maintained consistently. The staff at ATC is approachable and friendly. They take the time to get to know residents and create a sense of community. Its refreshing to have management/staff who genuinely care about the well-being of everyone living here at Forest Hill Raquet Club apartments. I feel secure living here; they go above and beyond to make their residents feel welcome as well. Overall and foremost, I highly recommend this apartment complex. Kudos to the management team for creating a comfortable and well-managed living environment.

My husband and I are very impressed with our townhouse in the Forest Hills Racquet Club and the overall complex. The office staff and maintenance team are friendly and professional. Its is a beautiful, peaceful, quiet, and classy place to live. We are proud to call it home!

Management is RIDICULOUS. Good luck talking to anyone or getting any real answers. Go ahead and move here if youve got money to throw away. Charged $850 for a 560sqft apartment... does NOT include water or trash so go ahead and add an extra $50 to that. Pet FEE covers nothing, so its just money in their pocket to cover the pet amenities... Dont expect to get your $200 deposit back, they take all of it and then charge you more. Paid every month on time, charges almost $150 once we moved out for cleaning fees . I regret living here.
