Outstanding is the best overall way to describe this place. Clean, maintained, and secure. Some of the appliances are aging but still working. Great response if any issues arise and awesome communication by manager/staff. Yes, you can still hear neighbors above you if on ground floor as it is apartment living and you are in good shape if those neighbors understand the responsibility of not walking hard/stomping.

I have been so pleased with my experience living at BRIGHAM woods! The staff is excellent and so kind. Maintenance is always very quick to fix anything you need. The gym is also very nice and convenient. The apartments are nice and appliance are up to date.
