A complete Rat hole. If you like 1 star hotels at a 4 star price...this would be right up your alley. Save yourself the money and frustration and please please look elsewhere. If you see other websites with high ratings its only because current reviews cant be written

Worse On-Site Management Staff Ever! Hallways and evelators that are away from the Leasing Office contastly smell like the trash chute which is below. My unit happens to be over the trash chute and as the garbage piles up it day after days reeks and becomes the most loud and putrid smell prior to the trash collection coming on Thursday. Also my unit is adjacent to the garbage chute and there are two doors that loudly close shut whenever the someone is taking out the trash. I dont blame the management staff for the way the building is structured, but I do blame them for their lack of responsibility and willingness to address the issue. I was told I could move to another unit by paying a $500 relocation fee. Absolutely ridiculous that they will hold you responsible. And the lease will be a 40+ page lease almost completely in their favor. Pay a few extra $$ and move to the Edge across the street. Ive been told their management staff is excellent!

The apartments are in a convenient and safe location close to the belt line, coffee shops, restaurants, and parks. The noise in the area is minimal to none and the building has a high level of upkeep. The management staff is friendly, helpful, and personable. I would definitely recommend West Inman Lofts as a place to live.

West Inman has a great neighborhood vibe to it. My neighbors are some of my closest friends. The extra square footage you get here is tremendous- every inch counts when you're sharing your space with a dog. I've been at the property for 4 years, and I don't see myself going anywhere until I decide to buy. The management team definitely does a great job of making West Inman somewhere you want to stay.
