Overall, living here has been a very pleasant experience. The community is clean and for the most part quiet. Considering that I am a black man, I expected to have unpleasant interactions with my neighbors but that has not been the case. I have had no issues or negative interactions with any fellow residents. This is a very nice place to live.
I chose Post Lindbergh as they had the best reviews of any apartments in the area. They weren't wrong. No bugs, no mold, no problems of significance. The trains make some noise, but they are very easy to get used to.
You can publish my entire survey I hope to live here for many more years
Post Lindbergh is a great place to rent an affordable apartment inside the Perimeter. The community is great and feels safe.
Extremely poor unit condition and even poorer quality of remediation upon request. The only saving grace is the staff members consistent courteousneas. But even their courteousness lacks any substance, as it has not helpes with the ongoing poor condition of my unit.
