Fantastic apartment community with friendly staff, prompt maintenance and fun amenities. I rarely visit the leasing office, but when I do I'm always greeted quickly by the friendly staff. When I do have a maintenance request (not often), it's responded to within 24 hours or less. I love the amenities - fitness center with Peloton bikes, ping pong tables, table shuffleboard, bocce court, resort style pool, and the car wash. The location is fantastic as it's right next to 75, some great fast restaurants, and a section of the beltline trail.
I have lived at The PaCH for almost three years now, and currently have a lease resigned to be here at least four years total. I have been here through the property change and the management change. Overall, the location is fantastic, the amenities are great, and although it is not the newest apartment complex in the area, it's still my first choice. The newest management team has had to update and deal with a lot and I think they've done a great job.
Great place to live! The community is very quiet and peaceful. I enjoy being so close to interstate 75.
We've lived in this apartment complex since May 2016 (when it was owned by Post) and have seen several owner/management changes, which are never easy to adapt to. Prior to RAM/The Pointe taking over, things had really gone downhill in terms of management and the leasing team. However, The Pointe leasing team has come in and made such an effort to turn things around, and it shows. The staff is incredibly pleasant, helpful and responsive. Maintenance requests are being addressed ASAP. The staff recently started hosting fun events (like "Wine Down Wednesdays") to get to know the residents, and they've upgraded the dog park and other amenities around the complex. We've always loved our apartment and the overall environment of the complex, but having a solid leasing team makes such a difference. I've recommended The Pointe to multiple friends and will continue to do so!
