1. Hallways are filthy 2. Maintenance is non-existent 3. Insects are a constant problem 4. Front office is not willing to help under any circumstances 5. They lost a payment and sent a deb collector 6. Guess parking is very limited and will boot a car at the first opportunity

The management company as a whole and the management of the leasing office are a joke. The staff is rude, unprofessional, unorganized, and can't manage to reconcile rent and utility payments accordingly. The rent prices and the location appear reasonable until you're billed inaccurately for utility usage and you're spending additional hundreds of dollars per month for water and sewer usage that can't be proven through any kind of visual representation that you've used what they've claimed. This, of course, excludes electricity billing because this comes directly from Georgia Power and is always accurate. They lose packages delivered to the office and will even send packages back without your knowledge. Management is completely uninterested in rectifying any issues amicably and professionally. The grounds are generally dirty with trash and pet feces. The fire alarms are constantly going off at all times of the night, and it can last for an hour or longer. It's terrible here. Save yourself a headache and find somewhere else to reside that appreciates you as a tenant.

Literally the worst place Ive ever lived and Im a college student so i have lived in a lot of awful places. Constantly overcharging for water every single month. Did not fix my heat when it was out in the middle of winter for a whole entire month. When there was a pipe leak in my apartment the maintenance guy who came to fix it yelled at me as it it was my fault their pipe busted. Honestly if i didnt have a lease i would have been gone months ago. Oh and i moved in 8 months ago and still dont have my mail key and my packages that are delivered to the office keep mysteriously going missing. Do yourself a favor and live any where other than here.
