Been living here since 2022. Ta'Quiera is amazing and extremely helpful, friendly and kind and one of the reasons i decided to rent my apartment here. Her and the maintenance staff are really responsive to any issues you may have and are quick to resolve them. The apartment is great with all the modern furnishings and appliances. Would highly recommend checking out the apartments if you're looking for a short term or long term rental.

I had the pleasure of touring this property today and the leasing agent was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. I was hoping for a pool but this is definitely at the top of my list! The units are really nice and the customer service was stellar. Overall property seemed very quiet and it’s conveniently located! Ask for Ta’Quiera!

My boyfriend and I were supposed to live here short term for 4 months and we ended up staying 7! The manager Ta'Quiera was a big reason for that! Shes is very responsive and has a great attitude. Any problems we had, she always had a solution. I can say the the same for maintenance! The apartment itself feels pretty luxury- I used the jetted tub almost every day! Great views on both sides! I would stay here again!

This was the perfect place for a furnished short term rental! The unit was spacious, clean, in good condition, and had all the basic essentials. The location is perfect! I will say that the walls are somewhat thin (my bedroom shared a wall with the neighbors TV which was noisy at times) but that really was my only take away. The property manager is very helpful & accommodating!

Toured it today and seems like an affordable non-fancy location for anyone. Amenities: Off street garage parking, a sun deck, dog run, secure package room, nicely furnished, fast Wi-Fi. Competitively priced all things considered.
