Glad I chose elsewhere. Don't get me wrong, for students, or super young professionals the location may be great but I basically had to rule this place out when I saw it in person. I don't have a lot of things, but my average sized couch w chaise wouldn't have fit. The unit they showed me I don't believe would even fit a full queen bed, but definitely not a queen bed and dresser. The day I walked in they had $900 and $1100 units showing available, which maybe it would be worth it for $900 a month, but when I arrived they let me know those were low income units, and the units they had available, started at $1300+ bucks... 1300 for 475 sq feet at the time of this writing isn't competitive pricing. The amenities looked nice and shiny, but the parking gave me anxiety. Horribly parked cars made it feel like driving on a tightrope just to get out. All this to say, definitely don't apply sight unseen. Go check out the unit, amenities and parking before making a decision because I definitely am glad I toured first.

I WAS interested in moving here, but after not hearing back from anyone over a week after I sent them 2 separate emails, that was the only red flag I needed to know not to waste anymore time with these lazy, unprofessional people. I'll gladly take my business elsewhere.

This is the worst apartment to go to. they try to pass off den style spaces as an apartment with no full kitchen or closets. They have terrible terrible management everything on the apartment site is under construction nothing is complete. They lie about deadlines and never answer the phone when you have a concern. They will either not pick up your call or they will but you on hold for an long time which is annoying. The rent is so high for little to no space. The employees there are rude and disrespectful I wish I had gotten their names so I could add it to this review. Do not waste your time moving here its the worst decision you could do for yourself.

The people who are running this place seem to be the most unorganized people ever. I was looking to rent here but it seems to be such a mess. Plus such tiny units for a such big price!

This property has been completely transformed. From rags to riches! This is shaping up to be one spectacular place. I will be moving in in April and cannot wait to enjoy what I would call hotel style amenities at an unbeatable price. Bring your a game and your movers because I foresee this being the "IT" place to live. -soon to be one of the first tenants. Former resident of former property. "Ali'
