Please save your time it is a true headache to talk to someone about moving in. Half the staff didnt know any of my answers then the other staff wasnt paying attention to what I was sayin in a email. I simply wanted to see the lovely apartment virtual tour but its just been so difficult having them reach back to me on the phone. I cant Imagine the customer service if I moved there !
I have lived in ATL Lifts since 2016 and up until recently have had very minor issues, with the biggest issue being that they took away our pin code to get into the building (which still sucks). However, a few months ago Tentor Realty replaced the whole front office staff and they are honestly the worst. They are unprofessional and give out wrong and contradicting information. They raised the electric and HAVC to double the price and when asked about it I received 3 different answers from 3 different people. We used to get electric/HVAC bills monthly in the mail but they magically stopped coming once the new staff took up and changed the prices. Ive been fighting with them for months about it. We had the elevators in my building down for a whole day and no one notified us, I have sent in email and went to the office about getting things fixed or issues with the plants they built outside my balcony causing bugs and get no response until I email, call and go into the office multiple times. We getting parking tickets as part of our lease- they never notify us when new ones come out and last round they gave me expired passes and when I asked for new ones the lady in the office shrugged her shoulders as if it wasn't her problem (after I refused to take no for an answer she replaced them). And to top all that off today they accused me of "underpaying" my rent when my rent is automatically charged through their system- I asked them to explain the balance and instead of just saying why they believed I had a balance we had a 10 page exchange in emails before Zehava finally stated that it was a mistake. They brush off all concerns, over charing for utilities and make dealing with them painful.
The location is great and I love the amount of space I have but dealing with them makes it hard to love it. I will not be renewing next time around. Wish I could get out my lease now.
