I have lived here for a year and I couldnt have picked a better place to call home. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is quick to respond to issues. The amenities are great as well. If I werent purchasing a home, I would continue to live here. I definitely would recommend the Flats at North Springs to anyone looking for a quiet, friendly community to live in. Lets not forget the direct access to MARTA is awesome!
