Ive been living here for 3 years, and Stephan has the worst attitude Ive ever seen. Feels like I have to go to war anytime I need to have anything fixed. Besides that and maintenance spraying white paint over mold continuously, this place is great.

Infested with HUGE water bugs every other day! Coming out your drains, so you water basically have water bugs in it!

Apt PP9 550 Northside circle is old and mildewy and in need of a renovation. They had giant roaches and it smelled like mildew. They try to cover it up with plug ins that make you nauseous!!!There is poop all over the neighborhood from renters dogs. The walls have water damage or mildew. The bathroom laboratory was so tiny you could barely fit on the seat. The walls are paper thin and some items required a service call. The walls needed paint and the entire apt needed renovating. Quite OVERPRICED!!!!

I LOVE the 500 Apartments. Nikki and Sterling are a great addition to the community, especially here with COVID. They are the apartment life team and they make such a difference, especially when it comes to involving residents in the community. The leasing staff is also very attentive and they are very personable. I remember talking to Savannah and Rachel one weekend and they were very bubbly and in great spirits. I will say, I was very skeptical about moving here because of the reviews, but you guys need to give this place a chance!! They are AWESOME!!

I moved in back in August and I absolutely love the community! The office renovation is so nice! They are almost finished with the downstairs where there will be a pet spa! I'm so happy to call it home!
