Please dont bother wasting your time viewing these apartments Ive been here right at a year when the place first opened up and it hasnt been cleaned since then (1year ago ) theres Cobwebs all over the staircases hallways are disgusting dog poop in the staircases and when you bring it to the office attention they say they have to call corporate but no real answer as to when your gonna clean up around here the elevator has been down 80 % of the time since I moved here and again theyre not doing anything to clean this place up its ridiculous and not to mention embarrassing to even call this place home why are we having to post reviews Do you not think this is important??????????? Solstice morningside please get it together especially when your asking for referrals smh

nice place been here 2 yrs great friendly professional staff Maintenace excellent thanks a lot to Maintenace man Jay when he has a work order he always make sure its fixed and that the job is done before he leaves he's always respectful and kind

Welcome to your new home! Or at least thats what I hope youll think once you finish reading my review over Solstice Morningside. There are a lot of places that I know you might be looking at for your next home, but I think this is the RIGHT spot for a few reasons Ill share with you. The location is perfect for anywhere you try to get in the city. The onsite amenities are in excellent condition, and the management team is truly one of a kind (amazing!). When I began my search for my new home, I wanted a location that was convent to stores, club life, and the days when I had to Uber to the airport (which a one way is about $22-$30 bucks) wouldnt be a crazy expense price. If you are someone whos moving from a larger city (New York, L.A., etc.), theres a local grocery store within walking distance that I enjoy shopping at (almost daily)! Oh, and the amenities are in perfect condition! From the warm months when you may enjoy a bottle of wine of our panoramic rooftop to the enormous gym (which I should visit a lot more), then the cutest doggy bath for your furry friend(s). I could go on and on, but Ill leave it up to you to see what excites you the most. Lastly, the staff! Often, when you move into a new community, there is some anxiety that the managing staff doesnt care, or you may think they are only there to collect your rent and call it a day. Nahhhhhh, not this staff! I have never missed a beat in feeling supported and living in a clean environment between the maintenance staff, cleaning team, and management staff from the friendly wave, or even by simply holding the door for you when you are coming home with your groceries. This staff stays on top of ensuring that you feel right at home. All in all, this community in Morning Side is home for me, and I hope that this will be home for you and your loved ones. The insulation in this building is absolutely terrible. You will hear your neighbor's every single footstep and if they drop something/drag furniture, it's like nails on a chalkboard. Not even the cars/trains going by bother me. Don't live here, there are much better places less expensive nearby where you're not interrupted in the middle of the night because your neighbor decided to have a dance party. Management does nothing about it. I am not renewing my lease.
