I strongly discourage anyone from moving here for several objective reasons, and many subjective reasons:

1. Drug users. The elevators, parking garage and residential hallways often smell of marijuana. I have come home to a large police presence in the lobby with people handcuffed in front of the elevators.

2. Elevators. There are three elevators, one is used as a freight elevator. Two elevators for 26 floors, and that's assuming they are working. One of the elevators was out of service for one MONTH between July & August 2017, there were lines wrapped around the lobby to get on the single working non-freight elevator. It was comical to have the concierge welcome you home before having to wait up to 30 minutes to get on the elevator.

3. Concierge. The concierge only really enforces the ridiculous guest policy, and only if you're of the rule abiding type. There are plenty of thugs that just walk in with their posse and possessions through the back door and avoid the front entrance. If you're the type to follow the rules, prepare to be harassed by the concierge for not having your guest's ID scanned each and every time you re-enter the building (while all the other non rule abiding jokers walk right in without notice in the back entrance).

4. Guest policy. Your guests must be checked in. This means they have their drivers license scanned into the Skyhouse system when they arrive. While the concierge is fiddling with the scanner for your guest, there will be a dozen or so that walk by unnoticed, so what's the point? Also, your guest must pay for parking, and there are about 30 guest parking spots TOTAL at Skyhouse Buckhead. Chances are, there isn't an open one.

Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a good place to live.
