The Residences at Chastain is a small community, which keeps the property quiet and peaceful. The staff does an amazing job of keep the amenities clean and looking like brand-new. The leasing office is very friendly and helpful, always willing to make the residences happy. There is never an issue with parking, the gym has all of the necessary equipment, the clubroom is an awesome spot to hang out, and the pool area is amazing! The apartments are beyond spectacular and designed very well!

You can tell the management company is actually concerned with the needs of their residents. If there is ever a problem or complaint, they really focus on fixing it and preventing it. That was my main complaint about the previous complex I lived at, they didn't care. They are continuously organizing events for the community to get to know each other. The maintenance staff is awesome - it's always a clean community and any problem I've encountered they have fixed it that same day.

We enjoy the resident functions as well. If you ever have any suggestions we are always open to new ideas. This allows us to spend time with you and get to know everyone. Great property. Small and quiet. Very well maintained. All the staff is great. Helen the property manager is awesome!! She is very caring and responsive to the residents concerns and needs.
I highly recommend the property and would move back there again.
