We've lived at Post Riverside for the past 4 months. Several times, we've had other residents ask us if we've had our mail was missing. Up until recently, we had not experienced the problem. However, over the past 5 days, we have not received mail. We were concerned as our son's birthday was on 11/25 and he was expecting birthday cards. Today, I checked the mail and noticed several boxes were broken into. I took pictures of the broken boxes. I spoke with Allison in property management and she was very apologetic, but offered no solutions. I took Alison to the mailroom to show her the broken boxes. Again, she was respectful and apologetic, but offered no solution. Then, I noticed cameras in the mailroom. I asked Alison whether there would be video of mailroom activities. She said the cameras only picked up certain activity. I don't believe the cameras are operational as I have seen other similar cameras that activate red LED lights when activity is registered. There was no indication of activity even though we were standing right in front of the camera. Again, I took pictures. Don't rent an apartment at Post Riverside if you want to ensure you receive mail. Also, I've begun taking pictures of dog droppings in the hall way - which are a regular event. I plan to post the pictures in another review.

Where do I start The list is too long Last time I was in the office trying to get help one person told me they were too busy the other one told me they did not know what to do Nobody wants to do their job I guess I should not expect too much I learned a long time ago nobody has any common sense anymore

Absolutely disgusted with this property and management. First of all the safety of my bedroom window is pretty much not important to them at all. The manager took it upon herself to cut down huge trees in front of my unit bedroom window where I sleep & undress. Now, this would not have been a issue if they were replaced but they were not. Not only did I not receive a notice about the loud noise of cutting trees down bright and early, but the responses I have received in order to solve the problem have been NON EXISTENT. They have left my bedroom window wide open for anyone to walk up on (which has happened).AND TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY I've continuously watched this property PLANT TREES AND FLOWERS TO IMPROVE THE APARTMENT OFFICE, GYM, AND APARTMENT SIGNS ...THE LANDSCAPING OF THIS PROPERTY IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN A RESIDENTS BEDROOM WINDOW. IM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH THE MANAGEMENT. INSTEAD OF THEM FIXING THE ISSUE THEY GAVE ME THE CURTESY OFFICERS NUMBER TO THE PROPERTY..as if this would resolve the fact that my unit BEDROOM WINDOW is still EASILY ACCESSIBLE WETHER I CALL THE OFFICER OR NOT. The safety of the residence is clearly not as important as making the Office and Gym landscaping. Think twice before moving here...management is consistently horrible, unwilling to help, and non responsive. Pictures are below and obviously from reading these recent reviews I'm not the only person with issues with this property... the mailroom, and maintenance are huge struggles as well.

Do not live here! The management is beyond unprofessional. They allow people to steal out of the mailroom. They don't request the resident sign for the packages. They just allow anyone to walk in and take them. Maintenance on the property is terrible. They cut trees down leaving your bedroom windows wide open for anyone to walk up to . No security at all . I'm disgusted with the way that they treat their residents. Please do not move your you've been warned .

I've been here almost two months. Everything started off great. Then my a/c went out, took them about two days to fix. Then two weeks later I discover my hot water tank is leaking and about to go thru the floor and come out thru my garage and I'm not able to park In the garage. They had a company to come out to fix it well they started to fix it and stop. It's been three days later and they still haven't come back and fixed it.
