I have lived here for 1 week and have had nothing but bad experiences ever since I moved in. I was told that I would be able to rent a laundry machine and dryer for inside my apartment but come to find out my apartment doesn't even have the space for it. I go to use the communal laundry room and none of the machines will even work. I was told all the ceiling fans have lights attached to them and come to find out our ceiling fan in the bedroom has no light. They continually try to add extra charges onto my account which I have to refute with them every time and I am sick of it. Management is a bunch of 20-year-olds who would rather try to be your friend than actually do their job. I can't wait to spend the next 14 months in this miserable place.

Old building, new counters, high rental rate. Nice gym and monthly food events like pancake breakfast. Gated which is nice. Covered parking with guaranteed space costs extra. No major issues. Just wish theyd spray more often without having to continually call.

I am loving Post Chastain. It's in a perfect location (a quick Uber to Buckhead) but in more of a residential area which feels safe. I also really enjoy the social activities which makes this complex feel like such a community.

Post Chastain is the ideal location for apartment living in Buckhead. From the move in process to the qualities and amenities, the staff pay attention to every detail. I had to make a quick decision, as my condo of 15 years was being bought out, and wanted to stay in the area. I knew immediately upon calling Post Chastain, that this was where I was going!
