Its a good place to stay in Atlanta

I would certainly now recommend this place. Its good if you dont mind not having any guest parking and getting your car booted in your own parking space that you pay for every month.

Visiting a friend potentially looking to be a resident ms Denise did all she could cause I misplaced my vehicle for 5 to 6 days and found my vehicle she is a five star worker and gave me her full undivided attention for a week thank you me Denise

Please read before renting here. My issues with this property are about everything outside of my apartment. Post Centennial advertises as luxury which is reflected in the pricing however not the upkeep. There are areas of the property that need touching up due to traffic...dirty scuffed walls and doors could easily be addressed with a fresh coat of paint. The stairwells have been an issue as well. I have called about spilled spaghetti that was there before I left on a 4 days trip that was STILL there when I returned. There is dog poop on a regular basis...even a homeless person got in the stairwell and defecated. I called to make them aware after is was there for a day (although Im pretty sure this happened after hours). I honesty don't expect them be all knowing however, I feel it would be helpful if a plan to have the cleaning staff simply walk the stairwell daily would help. The trash compactor rooms were an issue but it seems those are checked daily at this point. Another issue is the entry areas on the weekends. Its apparent that the cleaning staff is M-F...not a good thing. By Sunday trash is over flowing, the floors are dirty and the elevators look horrible. Its embarrassing when you have company! Lately weve received these passionate email from the new manager about Air BNB and smoking but nothing addressing common concerns. Not sure about the new manager but hopefully he will be an improvement from Micheal who literally didn't speak to me on several occasions. No complaints about the leasing consultant.
