Save your money! Too many other luxury Apts in the area. MAA is unresponsive to any issues. I got double charged with no explanation and I was a loyal resident for over 4years! Too many issues to write. If I can save anyone a nightmare experience, Ive done right. Just google them.

This property is extremely unsafe and dirty. Do not recommend anyone renting at this property. Cars consistently broken into, there was a shooing in the garage and the area is poorly lit at night. There is absolutely zero security. General landscaping used to be beautiful and is now just unkept and dirty. Stay clear of this property. Corporate relo companies DO NOT rent from here, its unsafe and not what is expected for a Buckhead property. There is constantly garbage at the lobby entrance both inside and out. Including empty bottles, cups, food containers and pet droppings on the sidewalks for everyone to walk through and track into the lobby and elevators. Elevators are just worn and filthy.

This property is very unsafe and not well kept. Do not recommend for anyone at any age. There were shots fired during an attempted robbery in the parking garage of the high rise. Management has done nothing to reassure residents that security is being taken care of at either the high rise or the reserve. Cars are continually broken into . The only response by management was a incident letter to tenants in both buildings and not one word on increasing security or making property improvements. Lighting in the garages and common areas are extremely dim and dangerous. Do not rent here. Although it's Buckhead these two buildings are not safe and management is lacking. There is not 24 hr security nor do they intend on getting the buildings secured appropriately. Unmanned parked police car is laughable. As for cleanliness, both buildings have fair lobby areas and that's it. Elevators are dirty with cracked floors, hallway carpets stained and common areas filthy and littered. These buildings are dangerous and dirty. Rent elsewhere stay away from post property.

Post Alexander is NOT worth the amount of money they charge you to live there. The facility is one of the dirtiest I personally have ever seen. Trash everywhere, yellow dog urine on the walls and floor tile, pool is constantly closed to due broken glass, cars are constantly broken into. Hallways consistently smell of urine, cigarettes, and weed. Not to mention the elevators are always out of service. Which means ONE elevator for 24 floors. There are also less than TEN guest parking spots for the entire building. (Hope your friends like UBER) They do not provide clickers, they require stickers on your headlight for gate access. If you accidentally forget to hang your parking tag in your ASSIGNED spot, they will put a BIG orange warning sticker on your car window. (Good luck getting that off) The management team delivers nothing but empty improvement promises. When you move out- you have TWO hours to move all of your things. I wish someone would've posted a review like this prior to me ever signing a lease there. Do yourself a favor and RUN.

All of these 5 stars reviews are bogus. This building is an absolutely awful place to call home. For the money this place costs there are much, MUCH better options in the area. I'm in the process of terminating my lease early, because this place is just so unbearable. A few items of note are:

1.) Very un-secure. Vehicle break ins are common. Staff does very little to control access. The pool on the weekends is a disaster. At least half the people don't live here and the "one pool guest per resident" is absolutely never enforced. Weird stuff happens here at night. It makes for an uncomfortable living environment.

2.) Noise. Walls are paper thin. God help you if you have a unit facing the pool. Turns into a vegas day-club during the summer.

3.) Building hygiene. It'll smell like smoke (various types) most evenings. The lobby always smells like raw sewage. Speaking of, the sewer system here is awful. Expect your toilet to back-up randomly with other tenants, umm, waste. Gross, I know.

4.) Elevator service. Its absurd that a 26 story building has one functioning elevator (the other two never work). Waiting 10 minutes for an elevator is commonplace, more during peak hours. Adjust your commute accordingly.
