I love the location most of all. Its accessible to everything. Being on the MARTA full-time is tough especially when it comes to finding a place to live. It's usually more expensive to have the convenience of public transportation. I like living here because it's affordable living. I don't make a lot of money but I don't qualify for any kind of assistance. It's affordable to live here on my salary and that helps. Yolanda and Aretha from the leasing office are always more than helpful. They are always there when I need them and always willing to help.
I am a current resident (2 years and counting) . I love it here. It's convenient to work and very walkable. Aretha Foster, the leasing manager is amazing! There is no job that she can't get completed and she is always pleasant.
My apartment is located very close to Midtown, downtown and Atlantic station. It is very convenient for someone like me who relies totally on public transportation. I lost my job the job that I currently hold doesn't pay half of what I made, so I have been struggling. Aretha the site manager has been more than understanding. It is an embarrassing situation at times but she has been super nice about it. I love it here,
I love this area! West MIdtown has so much new construction and this is affordable living for me and my family! The office staff is awesome, very responsive.
Speedy maintenance, cordial management, but the grouds often look unkept. The fence and gates look destroyed and provide no sense of security. Dumpsters often get overrun with trash.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
