You know its bad when they ask the PM to write a review. This place is the worst. Theyre over charging due to the large units. But, that is all you get. The clubhouse gym area is infested with cockroaches. They dont ever clean the sauna or steam room which is broken and the other full of mold. They never have anyone at the front desk. Homeless people and non residents roam the lobby and sleep in the clubhouse. Cars are getting broken into, all of the guest parking is dedicated to the pizza spot below or being rented to the complex next door. The maintenance staff quit so new maintenance staff is incompetent. New manager is incompetent. Everything in every unit is old and outdated. We have Viking appliances but if they replace them it will be with a cheaper model. If all you care about is space in your apartment. Great place! If not dont even bother. And the PMC doesnt give a hoot about their tenants or this building. These pictures are not accurate.

Weve been residents for 9 plus years There has been a steady deterioration of the property. Unless significant changes are made this will be our last year.

Great views. Friendly Consiuier services. Little to no amenities. Resident gates are always broken. Resident elevators are always broken. Poor management. Dated exterior and appliances. Not worth the price point.
