Beautiful building, well managed. Definitely a place that I can come to at night and call home. Apartments are well insulated for sound, and very spacious. Everything just seems to be running like a well oiled machine and the fact that I am now only 8 minutes from work is a huge part of my life that I am getting back now.

The move-in process was lackluster with a true breakdown in communication from management to myself and my roommates. Packages were all over the place, we couldnt gain access to the apartment for two hours simply because the smart home system was unplugged inside the unit. Since the initial move-in, things have been great. Maintenance is extremely quick, to the point where the requests were completed within the day. The community is filled with friendly faces and the leasing agents are awesome. The move-in process should have all information centralized instead of on 7 different apps and websites. This could easily be 5 stars.

My husband and I are truly impressed. The atmosphere is very inviting. Everyone was nice and the place is clean. Zekiya gave us a world class tour of the mid rise apartments. We will be moving there in the very near future.

Save your money! Too many other luxury Apts in the area. MAA is unresponsive to any issues. I got double charged with no explanation and I was a loyal resident for over 4years! Too many issues to write. If I can save anyone a nightmare experience, Ive done right. Just google them.
