RACIAL DISCRIMINATION, CONSTANT HARRASSMENT and RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR from the leasing office! I am a current paying resident of 3 years at MAA Glen in Atlanta and I have been trying to report my front office for constant disrespect and rude behavior such as refusing to answer the phone and screening my calls, hanging up in my face, refusing to take maintenance requests, blatant lies and false reports made against me and refusal to take rent payments so that they can continue to charge late fees and attempt to evict me. I have tried to get this resolved for months and you can never contact anyone at corporate and they just have you sent to an answering service that tells you someone will call you back and they never do. There was a recent issue where their online service did not take my rent payment and the only thing I could do was contact the main office about it and they refused to take my calls which has led them to proceed with an eviction process and daily late charges. I have had the money to pay and have been constantly trying to pay but the only people I can talk to about payment is the front office who refuses to help and the answering service that only takes my information and tells me someone is going to call that never does. The people in the office can pretty much do whatever they want because its almost impossible to report their behavior and everything is automated so if they ignore you it just looks like you aren't trying to pay your rent when in reality they are the ones blocking you. They blocked me from making payments online so I couldn't just rerun the payment and they charged me hundreds of dollars in fees while I've been waiting to speak to someone in regards to this. The managers and staff in the office have been harassing me for months they even tried to scare me with a fake eviction notice from another state a few years ago its ridiculous. I have literally been trying to pay my rent for over 2 weeks and no one has called me.

For some reason, the employees at Post Brookhaven are always angry or rushing you off whenever you reach out for any questions or help. It makes my living experience very uncomfortable. The MAA should seriously reconsider their staffing.

I lived in this apartment complex for over 4 years and i have seen a huge downfall since the MAA acquired them, on the overall quality of the apartment tenants and maintenance. I terminated my lease for this reason and Post Glen makes termination experience a nightmare by trying to rip you off as much money as they can from you. The admin here are not only the brightest, but some of the most unpleasant people to deal with. You need to constantly call back to fix unfair fees charged against you. They will try to find every ways to charge you a little bit more. I highly advise you don't start renting here if you want a easy and safe living experience. It's pretty rough here.

PREDATORY: DO NOT LIVE HERE My move out experience has been disappointing. I learned the hard way that Georgia's rental agreements prey upon people who have never lived here before. But I was disappointed to know that Post Glen has a regular office practice of calling residents and reminding them that their lease terms are coming up and they they need to submit a letter. Every resident except me! The people I spoke with in the office were shocked I didn't receive a phone call or email regarding my lease. Even though it appears that this is a normal service that most residents receive and I didn't and I was kind of just forgotten, the office manager didn't seem to care that my customer service experience was seriously lacking. They just wanted me to pay and leave. Upon move out, the office REFUSED to do a walk out with me on the weekend. They only do walk-outs between 9am-4pm Mon-Fri. Clearly this benefits NOT ONE CONSUMER. They actually asked me to come during my lunch FROM DOWNTOWN. This whole experience has cost me more than $500. I have never been late and I am an extremely clean person. This place does not care about you, they just want to charge you for as many things as possible.

Living on the top floor at Post Glen has been a good experience. The management is efficient, the maintenance slightly less so, and the overall value and location (in between a super close MARTA station, Town Brookhaven, Buckhead/GA-400, and Buford Hwy) allows for plenty of great experiences all within a quick walk or drive.

I just recently moved to the Atlanta area and had to look for a place to live fast that was close to public transportation as I currently do not have a car. A friend told me about Post Glen and I immediately fell in love. It's the perfect distance from the city and close to public transportation and my job. The staff are friendly and quick to answer any questions that you may have. I love the community and the area, and am glad I chose to move into Post Glen.
