If you like mold and unprofessional management, then this is the place for you! By far one of the most unprofessional kept properties and unprofessional property management I have seen in awhile. I have been lied to, disrespected, and basically poisoned by mold that the management refuses to fully acknowledge.

Please do not move here i moved here In march,,.problem after problem .black stuff coming out toilet , garbage every where , the amenities they promised do not work! Roaches every where In my clothes food etc and they will not compensate me! They dont give you a grace period for the rent if its not paid on the 1st its considered late. The staff is rude and inconsiderate!!!! Just please do not do it moving here has been a nightmare and it cost me so much money and problems

Ok units but horrible staff

2 minutes ago-Edit Horrible experience. Here are the listed problems we've had by staying here: - Sewage Smell It mainly comes from the washer in the laundry room. Every time we wash clothes a foul sewage smell fills the entire apartment. Mainly the kitchen and living room area. The smell also lingers into our freshly washed clothes. Maintenance has come three times and this issue remains. - Roaches and Other Pests Roaches and other outdoor bugs appear EVERYWHERE in our unit. Mainly in the living room area and my sons bathroom and room. This makes it extremely difficult to allow my son to play on the floor due to bugs crawling on him. Pest control comes to spray, but the issue still remains. I also, am fearful of the toxicity from the chemicals for my son. Being that he is allergic. -Trash Being Left Outside Our Door Trash has been continued to be left outside our door countless times - Mold in the Ventilation/ Shower When moving in black mold was underneath our shower door and our vents had mold inside of them. Which caused my husband to be sick and my infant. - Toilet Clogged The toilets in both bathrooms have been clogged numerous times None of these have been resolved. The manager, Abbey and her Regional Vice President have not been helpful. All they could offer us was another apartment? We agreed to move out and pay the Early Termination Fee, however, she charged us $2,000 more. If you want to rent with an apartment company who cares more about money and filling units, this is the place for you! If you want to rent with a company who cares about you and your family, STAY AWAY! What hurts me most is that they care nothing about the fact that I have a 7 month old child. I regret moving here.

It was ok living here . The apartments are all outdated so its nothing amazing. There is no microwave . When I moved out , I was notified of a final balance and they sent my information to a debt collection agency. I was shocked they would do this . It almost ruined by credit and jeopardized my chances of getting my own property. I wish they were better at communicating. Many times they accused me and my roommates for spying on a neighbhor as well which was bizzare . We never had our blinds open and they never apologized either . I dont recommend management . They need to be more considerate of the residents that paid them almost 2000 a month.

Post Gardens is a great location for great value.
