MAA Centennial Park

Management at the leasing office is terrible. Place is run down and everything is always broken. Shootings, break-ins, and drug is is common here and management just turns a blind eye to it all. Dont bother trying to call the leasing office, they never answer.

Great location and courteous office staff. Maintenance is attentive and the amenities are always clean and inviting.

Dont bother - property manager drags their feet getting things done and couldnt care less. Entire office gives poor customer service and acts like youre bothering them. No one ever answers the phone and doesnt fully prepare apartments before leasing them. I got a raggedy apartment. You have to pay for parking and there is no guest parking - your guests have to pay for parking. Is set up to be smart entry with smart keys, but wont give additional key for apartment unless they are on the lease because they dont want people using their place for AirBnB, but I simply would like to have family over and not have to go get them every time from downstairs. No deliveries can be made to your door due to gob access needed everywhere do you have to go and get everything. Dog poo and pee all up and down the halls and elevator all the time. Its truly the pits. Like living in jail. Cant wait for my lease to be up.

To Whom it concerns, I would highly suggest that you avoid pursuing a residency at MAA Centennial Park. The property manager publicly addresses their negative feelings towards the residents. The property manager is anything but professional and courteous. The entire leasing staff for the residence are negligent of their residents concerns to say the least. If you decide to pursue a residency here, beware of the red carpet being SNATCHED FROM UNDER YOU once you sign the lease agreement. Please understand that the team disregards your well-being while residing on the property. Please note that any attempts to address ongoing issues will be ignored. The staff tends to provide explanations for any concerns rather than do their job, as they're supposed to. If you have seen negative reviews on various platforms, please take it as a forewarning. I should've taken the previous residents negative reviews into consideration, which is why I regret signing the lease agreement. The corporate team will be hearing from me ASAP.

Great community, prime location and awesome interiors!

Have been living here for 3 months. Worst decision ever!!! This place is driving us crazy! Nobody here follow rules, every single neighbor we have is loud, walls are paper thin, and we can never use the amenities because people are always partying and bringing in tons of people that are not residents. Counting the months to get out of here!
