Paying way to much for a mediocre complex. Gates are always broken and or dysfunctional. Cheap appliances, horrible amenities, and rude unhelpful staff .

Landmark is an excellent town home subdivision. I enjoy living here. I haven't had any problems. They fulfill maintenance requests quickly and office staff is very polite and efficient. Parking can be interesting based on your town home because although there are two spaces per unit, some neighbors don't understand which two spaces are theirs so perhaps marking spaces with unit number would be helpful. Otherwise, everything is pretty good and I've already referred a friend who recently moved here

It is ridiculous that residents can't enter their apartment in the second gate due to an accident happening in front of the main entrance. As a result, residents are forced to wait over an hour to enter the premises because we don't have the option to enter through the second gate. Why is there a second gate Traffic is always backed up in the main entrance. People run the gate. Security guards just stand there and scan a card to let anyone access. It's so unorganized. What's the point of having a security guard if anyone can access and run the gate Now that there's an accident we are all furious because we have no other option but to wait for entrance into the main gate. This problem would not occur if we had access through the second gate.

The pathway entering behind building 800 is always muddy when it rains. Dry dirt builds up on the sidewalk and you literally have to jump over it to avoid stepping in it so you won't track dirt into your home. There's been a cardboard box on the ground bootlegged covering up dirt. I'm not sure who placed it there but it looks very ghetto

Trash has been in the grilling area behind building 800 for nearly 2 weeks now. Will it ever get emptied That's how rodents and other unwanted insects get attracted to the property.

I'm just bringing this to you guys attention because it's a major concern and I'm not sure if you guys are aware.
