I've been living here for almost two years, The BIGGEST Issue is the bugs!!! No matter how clean you keep the apartment you will find bugs everywhere!! The Patio is broken before we got there, the Floor under my kitchen sink is broken, they don't fix it, The Pest comes to door don't come in just put sticker outside that they clean and leave!!! If Only I could break my leasing!!! The tub is broken, Water does't go, And There is Parking Issue, They said You need Permit to keep the car, but there are lot of car just sitting on parking for days without any Permit Ticket!!!!! And The Old Management Lady she is so rude you can't imagine!!!!The washer and dryer machine is old and dirty!! If anybody is trying get a lease here don't fall for the trap, spend $100 more and live in a nice place, I am looking for place now!!

When I moved in last year, the apartment was in horrible condition. Doors were hanging from hinges, the electric receptacles were installed incorrectly with some unusable, and the kitchen cabinets were in an advanced state of disrepair. I was able to make most of the necessary repairs to make the apartment inhabitable, but the management did not address my concerns about the kitchen fixtures or electrical issues. Moreover, I was told that there was a pool, but it was never open; I came to discover that it was closed by order of the health department. Worst of all, all residents were forced to pay a "fine" of dubious legality due to someone damaging the trash compactor, which was always overflowing and broken anyway. And, while I wouldn't assign blame for this to the management, it is worth noting that my car was stolen off the parking lot in the middle of the night.

Over the past few months, I've noticed new people in the office -- one of them was even incongruously friendly -- who seemed more willing to deal with problems facing the community. The trash overflows the dumpster less frequently and it seems as though they have opened the pool. They have also recently gone on a PR campaign online inviting residents to share their problems in person with the management and staff, and, seeing this, I thought that I might give them a chance. However, when I informed them in writing that I wouldn't be renewing my lease because of the condition of the apartment, they didn't indicate that they would solve the problems that are the underlying cause of my dissatisfaction.

It's a shame that it has come to this because the neighborhood is actually good and, if the complex management would just undertake a few basic renovations and refrain from threatening financial penalties on residents for issues beyond their control, this community would be great value for the price. As it stands, though, I wouldn't recommend this community.

It was good until they stopped excepting packages. I work 6 days a week and my job sends uniforms and i not home to receive them and they keep sending them back. This is a huge inconvenience

I rated it poor b/c when i first moved in the appartment was full of spiders, it took the exterminators about a week to come look at this and i still had spiders afterwards. And the trash compactor seems to always overflow on the weekends. Do you guys just turn it off during the weekends?
