This place has tremendous down downhill. The front office is useless and management will blatantly lie to about about things. The trash overflow every week and is always all over the place.

I have never regretted signing a lease to live in an apartment complex, however after living at The Row for almost two years, I realized I shouldve dealt with the process of moving last year because although its a pain to move it wouldve been way better than continuing to live at The Row. I have held off on making a public complaint for way too long, however after being interrupted while on a work related call yesterday afternoon by one of the leasing office employees yelling at me about where my dog was using the restroom (shouting at me that I needed to take my dog to a designated pet area even though The Row does not enforce that all dogs be kept on a leash and that all pet owners clean up after their pet) I have had enough of their unprofessionalism. The Row cares more about the show they put on for potential future residents instead of taking care of their current residents. Since I moved to The Row in 2017 I have expressed several concerns that were not handled appropriately by management (both old management and current management). My roommate and I have had black mold in my apartment that was taken care of by the maintenance team pouring bleach all around the wall/window area. We have had to make several noise complaints about the residents that live above us and the managers response was Im sorry they have a renovated apartment with wooden floors and there is nothing I can do. My roommate and I have not had a working dishwasher since we moved into the complex because every time we put in a maintenance request to have the dishwasher fixed we were told it should be working fine, yet the next time we ran the dishwasher our kitchen floor would flood again. We eventually got tired of having to put in so many maintenance requests for this issue that we have had to hand wash every kitchen item for over a year now.
