I wouldnt recommend these complex to nobody ..I move in not even a month and the way Micole (leasing manager) had my apartment I been waiting for 4months looks a mess..first off it like she just move me into something only because she realize I already paid my security deposit..the tub looks a mess, counter top looks a mess /cheap looking let me remind u they never tried to paint over it,, my tiolent seat was broken(never came to fix it) everything look old and dirty to the point I dont wanna eat nor take a bath in here..roof linking water(every times its rain) closet door not on right,, door bed room is crack this all the problems I had a day after signing my lease..which these are problems (micole) said she will fix... I Wish I could go back and take my security deposit back but now Im stuck in a bando(ugly complex ) smh I just ready to move again and hopefully next time I will be more aware ..

All these people care about is Money! I've been waiting over 2 months for repairs to my apt. Not one call about that being fixed. Not the safest, or cleanest place to live. They make everything sound good to get your money. Swimming pool is never open should be dug up its disgusting! They don't have anywhere for all these kids to play either. Instead kids are always walking around the complex without adult supervision. New management pretends to care and work with you, but don't genuinely care. I'd never recommend anyone moving here. Since I've been here there's been 2 murders, not a place to raise your kids. This place is like the projects an I moved here paying market rent. The only thing good is they used to play bingo to take money off the rent. That went out the window with new management. Trash is always full and on the ground please keep your money. I would recommend the parc at 1875 or premier gardens before here. It doesn't even deserve one star!

It looks to be a nice place haven't move there yet but the price is right. And I'm in need of a place like yesterday so il give it a try.

It's okay if your on a budget and looking for something soon. Alot of people are outside at all hours of the night at times. It's infested with roaches but after a couple visits with the exterminator it's all good. Just gotta keep your house clean. But overall, it's okay.
