Harbor Pointe

I'm a new resident of Harbor Pointe been here one month was a few things that needed fixing, but all I had to do was tell the manager that it needed fixing and it was done in a very timely manner. Everyone that works here is very nice and welcoming to me and my family. They make a point of knowing your name not just the apartment number you live in. I would refer my friends to live here and have done so.

Any one who misses the opportunity to live at this property is missing out on the best of the best. Apartments are beautiful, maintenance is top notch, efficient and thorough with immediate response to any needs. Location is impossible to beat, across from a Golf Course, nestled in trees 5 minutes from the river, an amazing river side park along with a dog park on the river. And that's just the surroundings. Customer care has been 5 star. This is the best community in Atlanta at an affordable price. This is quality living.

I wish you all could see the pictures of the mountain of trash that greets everyone as they entering Harbor Pointe. The trash is Foreshadowing the experience this complex provides, garbage. Everything about this place is garbage and the pictures of this place and management does not care, It is a public nuisance. Garbage and low class place

Short notice when entering ur apartment, also when your contract is up, the rent go up almost 100 dollars, if you ask, their answer is that they are trying to compete with the new apartments being built.... i mean if Harbor Pointe was a new complex I understand but these apartments are way to old to be charging as if they were built this year....

They provide almost no notification before entering your apartment. Not unusual to get a note on your door late in the day saying that they will be entering your apartment the next day and to "make arrangments" for your pets. Kind of hard to do when nobody calls and, if you don't leave your apartment that night to notice their note, you don't actually get the notification until the day of the maintenance. If you value your privacy DO NOT rent here.

Trust me, don't live here.
