Farrington Midtown

The ordeal that this apartment complex company has put me through has been unbearable. With the blatant lack of respect and disregard for personal information, public humiliation, and unethical financial scams that solely take money away from people who are trying to find a home. This company is in the practice of herding people like cattle without any regard for a person as a human being: I was urged to apply for an apartment and put down $300 deposit before I actually got to see the apartment I was then denied access to look at the apartment, due to a lack of staffing I made an appointment to come back and see the apartment and was told that I am being denied in front of at least 10 people without any regard for my humility or personal confidentiality

Do not live here. The units are in no way shape or form worth the arm and a leg they charge us to live here (thank you Ellington for raising my rent almost 500$ last year..). The garage gates are constantly broken, elevators often don't work, packages stolen, walls and ceilings are paper thin, not to mention the crime within the building and around the neighborhood (my car has been broken into several times in our "secure" parking deck, folks have tried to break into my apt on two occasions, etc). Management has messed up rent charges, summer of 2022 the pool was not accessible until more than half way through the summer (with no reimbursement on losing access to this amenity), the list goes on and on. You can find something significantly better.

This is my first place and I have to be honest its better than I expected. Their are a few things that could definitely be better, but I will say that the team employed here is really great! Jarmane is a great maintenance tech and always goes above and beyond!

Never can get ahold of anyone in the office. Trash service here is awful, worst place to live in Atlanta trust me!!! management and maintenance have no absolute clue what they are doing here. If you want to live in Filth, have water leaks, broken ac units, noisy neighbors and misinformed and unwilling to help staff Its a perfect place to live, this place is a complete joke I cant wait to leave here.

Great community, maintenance team is very helpful and request are handled fast. Office team is also wonderful and host a variety of great events for the residents to enjoy. Community is pet friendly with several pet cleanup areas.
