I have noticed a significant change in communication over the last 3-5 months that could improve among the Exchange at North Haven team. On several occasions in the past few months, I have called the leasing office multiple times regarding issues related to my home, with no sense of urgency to follow-up or return a phone call. I believe the interaction between office staff and residents has declined quite a bit. I have been a resident for almost two years and have had nothing but good things to say about my experience here at the Exchange. However, I have not been satisfied with the overall change among the leasing team in the last few months. There are a couple of bad apples in the bunch that cause the unit to appear incompetent, lack social skills and contributes to the decline in my experience here as a resident. Although there are a few bad apples, I have had nothing but positive interactions with Blake and the maintenance staff. Interestingly enough, I have noticed that Rolando, one of the maintenance guys, goes above and beyond at resident events, whereas some of the members of the leasing team do not! I have come into the leasing office multiple times and not so much as received a warm welcome, and have observed a leasing consultant attending to something on the computer that appeared to be more important than helping a resident. At one point, one of the team members left me in the office unattended to assist another resident, which is fine. However, it would have been considerate of her to let me know there were other issues she had to address and for me to come back when it was convenient for the both of us. Due to a decline in customer service, lack of consideration and communication, I have decided NOT to renew this year! This is genuinely a great location, and I was once happy here, but I hope the customer service and communication improves.
I really enjoy because g a part of this community. The staff is very helpful and they resolve concerns. The location is fantastic and the amenities are excellent.

This is an awesome community with a truly amazing staff! Perfect location to any and everything downtown and beautiful apartment homes. Would recommend to anyone looking for value in their home!
Most customer service obtained (from leasing agents, management, and maintenance team) is above and beyond. Parking issues are one too many even w/ the added parking lot as there is only one entryway. Parking permits are never actually looked at as many visitors park in the regular p/spaces forcing us residents to park further from home.
