I live there 2005 if price is right my daughter thinking about move back we enjoyed living there only we can get apartment in the front do not want to live in the back.

I moved into Landmark at Creekside Grand in January and it began as a rollercoaster. My leasing agent did a good job, but I was mislead about which unit I would receive; therefore I registered utilities for a totally different address than I actually received.
That was an easy fix, but soon I realized my mailbox key did not work. After about 2-3 weeks of back and forth with different keys, I was issued a different mailbox, altogether. By now, many of my bills were late. Another moderately easy fix, just terribly inconveniencing.
Upon moving in there were some minor issues that I reported immediately, it took maintenance weeks to complete, about a month. I expect slow service from apartment maintenance; however at the market rate 1000k issues should be rectified much sooner.
The gate is typically inoperable in some way, whether the arms are broken, or the exit gate/entry gate standing open, its inoperable in some way. Security is on site sporadically, but if you dial a few times and cannot reach someone, they will buzz you in, so whats the point? If the call box is broken, they just ask you what apartment you're visiting and let you go on in. They ask residents to show our gate cards, from a distance, it could be any card.
There are two entrances to the complex, but for some reason, only one entrance is utilized.
The dumpster area is really dirty (as to be expected) it sits right at the entry/exit gate, which looks bad when entering and exiting. Ive stopped dropping trash at night because there is ALWAYS raccoons right there.
Also, there are two pools on site. Neither is open. As a resident, I've yet to be informed when its going to open, if it ever will.
I do enjoy the quiet ambiance of the community. It is very quiet and tranquil any time of day. Easy to sleep, rest, or work from home.
They have changed the name to Elevation 3505, and renovated many of the units by changing the appliances/flooring. Please look closely at one of the newer complexes

I just moved in about a week ago and I am really enjoying my new place. I recently moved into a newly renovated town home with new appliances and hardwood floors. Anair from the front office is AMAZING! On the day of move in she made sure that me and my husbands apartment was nothing but perfect. She went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and you can tell she really works really hard for the apartment complex. They do not have many workers in the front office so that is why they never answer the phone because they are always busy, however, anytime I went into the office to ask for help they helped me with everything that I needed. Even though it has only been a week, I really do love my new place
