My feedback about living here at Dunwoody is very nice and beautiful, I enjoy the quietness also how the team management make sure everything is taken care of. I would recommend others to check out this property.
Old buildings that need a total renovation, pools haven't been in service, the leasing office dodges every call as often as they can. Great space in the units, but not the best service else where.
DO NOT LIVE HERE!! Infested with rats management is literally the worst I have ever been in contact with, will go up in flames at any moment, they do not open or manage the pools. DO NOT DO IT TRUST ME!

I applied for an apartment with this community paid the application fee, paid deposit, and an additional fee. I am 3 days away from moving in and I get a call stating that I cannot move into my apartment because the current tenants are refusing to move and they have to take them through the eviction process. I ask could they put me in a similar unit at my approved rate and they said NO. i would have to pay 280.00 more to move in a similar unit or they could refund me my money. I asked for a refund and they tell me it could take up to 14 days to get my money back. I have already transferred my electric, cable, internet and started service for gas there. i have hired movers and everything. Now I have to cancel everything and find a new apartment because they would not make any accommodations at all for me. I spoke with the property manager who was very nice about everything and she promised to contact her area manager and call me back......sad to say she never did.
So I have to find another apartment, pay another deposit reschedule my transfer for everything, cancel movers which is another expense.
I asked for the corporate number and I was told only the property manager had the number. After speaking with the property manager she told me I could google it. I asked since they worked for the company shouldn't they have the number or couldn't they google the number and give it to me.....sad to they still didn't give me the number. I will be writing the corporate office and the BBB. This is unacceptable!!!!
