Collier Ridge

I love the location. It is close to my job. I love the fact it is dog friendly.

My move in was GREAT! All of the staff have been helpful and very attentive to all my questions and needs. I am excited I chose Collier Ridge and have even recommended them to anyone searching for a new home!

I moved into Collier Ridge in March of 2020. The distance to city things and the space that you receive is phenomenal. The leasing office staff has been great with their communication skills and the fact that they answer the phones and respond to emails within a timely manner is even better. The maintenance staff is awesome (they respond very quickly)! However, my experience has been horrible due to neighbors. The walls are EXTREMELY thin!!! My neighbors have complained day after day for months now to where I have filed a harassment complaint that the leasing office have finally dropped the ball and failed to respond to or address. They've also allowed my neighbors to create an extremely hostile living situation and environment. My neighbors have complained even on me speaking "too loud" in my apartment when I am on work calls. I can hear their conversations as well. So, I've grown to be a bit more understanding of their frustrations; however, it is still apartment living and that is not being understood. Unacceptable! If you are looking to have privacy and watch movies or play music from time to time, I suggest you look elsewhere! Your neighbors can literally hear you cough or sneeze. I have a mid-sized Amazon Alexa speaker that sits at a volume 5 that I get detectives sent to my door about. If you just need a place to rest your head and you are as quiet as a mouse, be my guest! I have complained to the leasing manager and corporate office in regard to this hostile environment and how it is even starting to affect my health to no avail. I have 5 months left here and can't wait until the time is up to move. I went from completely loving it here to completely hating it! If the leasing office had just made adjustments, my experience may have been a bit different as I am sure I just got a bad set of neighbors in my building.

Misleading ad and website. I was moved into a unit that had not even been inspected before move in that had been noted by a professional and respected pest tech professional to have infested German roaches. I was told they take at least two months to minimize the problem and are hard to rid. Manager directly told me while we are charged 3.00 for pest control each month it only mandated by management upon the request of tenants. First roach was seen in presence of assistant manager during the walk through. Their resolve a weekly visit to spray by their pest tech. I've seen a total of 9 roaches in the first 6 weeks of my move in. But the manager feels it is not a problem and I'm making a bigger deal than necessary. I posted the pest techs invoice with his comments on Yelp under Collier Ridge. I don't recommend this complex. The roaches are just a huge tip of the melting iceberg.

Alexcia showed me an apartment. She was very knowledgeable about the property and was excited to share all of the amenities and great things about the property. She made me more exited about moving. This now is a top choice for me. Thanks
