I moved in 2 months ago...I LOVE MY APARTMENT! It is big and updated. Moving from a different state was very stressful but the staff made it so easy. The ladies in the office are very friendly and was passing out breakfast one morning when I was leaving for work. Highly recommend!
Pros: Great location, near to downtown, midtown etc. Big townhomes that are quite roomy.
Cons: Massive increases in rent when management changes earlier this year. They are spending money advertising on billboards in the area yet routine maintenance requests go unanswered for many weeks because they only have one guy dealing with them. The new office manager is quite rude.
Would not recommend.
Constant changes in management...office staff at nice although nothing ever really gets done. With the latest change in management they have decided to enforce a 30-50% increase in rent. Homes are outdated and there are much more modern places for more competitive rates in the area
The staff is always very helpful. I just wish there were more trash bins around the grassy areas with plastic bags for pet clean up. Additionally, some of the work-out equipment in the fitness room is outdated. The air conditioning doesn't always seem to work in there either.
With the new management company has come higher rent prices and less competence in the leasing office. After last year's renovations were completed, it has been a constant struggle to get any maintenance issues taken care of, and there's just a general feeling that the leasing office doesn't really care very much.
