The apartment is overall an ok place for the amount. We have had maintenance issues with our air conditioning that took about a week to fix in the middle of summer. There are also tons of bugs. They made a few changes to the utility billing without notifying residents and led to us paying our utilities twice. When I went to the office to resolve it, there was a huge amount of attitude with the office worker.
Construction issues to be resolved: Our floors are sloping and uneven, wall is uneven so we are unable to hang art....
Renovations are nice, but in some cases maybe done a little too quickly. Maintenance has fixed all of our issues. It's a nice, quiet neighborhood.
