I am going on my 6th year at Collier Ridge, if that gives any insight into how I feel about living here. There have been a few ups and downs, as with any apartment living situation, but overall it has been a great experience. Honestly, my biggest frustration (and I think most residents would agree) is that the gate causes massive backups onto Defoor when it is closed because guests who are waiting for their call from the box to be answered are unintentionally block residents from getting in. If the gate issue was handled I would give Collier Ridge 10/10.
