There's barely enough parking for residents and a lot of spaces are taken by non-residents for extended periods who then don't get towed. Cars get parked on curbs and other places that aren't real spaces causing people to have to drive in oncoming lane to get around them. The courtesy officer can never be reached on the weekends. The one time I had to call emergency maintenance the guy didn't speak English and couldn't help me. He called back to tell me his boss would help me on Monday since he couldn't understand. Joanna in the office ALWAYS has a terrible, standoffish attitude. Doesn't matter what you go in for, it's like she's mad you're in the office at all. The maintenance staff is nice but ill equipped and they do the bare minimum to say something is fixed.
I LIKED THE COMMUNITY BEFORE THE NEW MANAGEMENT CAME IN. i FEEL LIKE ALL THIS STUFF THEY ARE ADDING IS NOT NEEDED.
I love the location. It is close to my job. I love the fact it is dog friendly.
Rent increases each year, but quality of the units are not worth the increases.
