They had lies about there prices

Please Beware!!! I had no problems when I stayed besides maintenance was sorry. But thats not why Im giving this 1 star. Once I left the complex I received my full deposit back. But once I left they put an eviction on my rental report!!! But I didnt find out until 2021 and I moved out in 2015. I was never evicted or nothing! If you live there or have moved always check your rental report!!!

Roach infested badly the whole building not 1 unit no pest control unless u pay They never fix anything and when u move in they forget u exist until your rent due . They say security but thats only for the staff cause u never see them Staff Rude like u bothering them People move in an move right back out They switch owners every yr . List goes on.......

On Friday night yet again we had a Major issue. While I was cooking I felt some water on my leg. I looked up and there was a small leak in the ceiling. By an hour it was leaking from the stove and all the cabinets and continued for several hours. Let me point out we called THE EMERGENCY NUMBER 10 AND LEFT MESSAGES ON FRIDAY. SAT AS WE thought it was over we started to clean up , we finished and tried to patch the hole. Let's remember No one EVER CALLED U.S. BACK. Next it started pouring down again to the point we had to use pots and two coolers to catch it all. Next it started coining out of the electrical sockets for hours. Sunday it started leaking from the light in the dinning room ( We HAVE PICS AND VIEDO OF ALL). Then continued to each nearby closet destroying things in there as well. AGAIN CALLKNG THE NON WORKING EMERGENCY NUMBER. On top of thus for four months we had no hot water. We consistently called them they finally came twice doing nothing. We fixed it our self yet still pay high rent. The mangementvhas changed 4 Times there are bugs and trash all over this complex. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE APARTMENT COMPLEX WITH NO RESOLUTION THUS FAR.

The apartments are very beautiful the ladies in the office are very friendly and the young lady in the office Shay was a delight throughout the process. I had a few problems like a leak but it was taken care of by the next day I would recommend living in the community to my friends.

It's a breeze getting maintenance to your new home. Quick and convenient 😉

Nice place to stay. I was skeptical at first from the reviews but it's actually quiet, I haven't had any problems the rooms are spacious, just wish it was a washer an dryer connection.

I've been here going on three years and I'm pleasantly surprised at the attention Chelsea Gardens pay to the property and me as a resident, I'm very happy here.
