I have been a resident since 2013. I've never have a problem with staff that work here. They all are very professional and friendly. My work order always been completed within 24hrs. We never had a problems with bugs inside my unit . I've been very happy with Brookside. I will be signing another year lease real soon. They have the best afford prices to meet your budget.

This is one of Atlantas best kept secrets!! Ive been here for three years and have no complaints... its 7 minutes from downtown Atlanta. The neighborhood is quiet at night as well

I would recommend Brookside to anyone the staff especially Alice was the best. They were very attentive and the accommodated all of my needs. They were attentive and very responsive through the whole process.
