Nice apartment. Would love to live here.
I would consider moving here
I hate this place big ole roaches big rats, they come out when u have company.. my a/c and heater never works.. THIS WAS THE WORST MISTAKE I EVER MADE MOVING HERE PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY UNLESS U LIKE LIVING AROUND BUGS
Some work orders take longer than others. And something that can be worked on very quickly take over the 72hr make, as posted in the lease. The pest control system can be set to a little higher bar. Yes the rent, and how utilities are set up, are better than some of their competitors. I do feel like I'm paying too much on the back end, when I don't have 24hr access to a gym that's open only during business hours (10am-5pm). I'm working during those hours. Living in a gated community, where the gate does not work, and is open 24/7 for anyone to come thru freely. Along with only having one way in the complex, which is the same way to get out. When there are 2 other exits that's not being utilized. Laundry rooms are out dated, and not appealing. There is only one dumpster for a large complex, which is on the other end from my building. And lastly, the inside of the buildings haven't been kept clean like the use to. So explain to me what am I paying for again? And what "great" amenities is my money towards??? Makes me not want to renew.
I would love to move in! Highly considering
