I have mad numerous noise complaints and no action has been taken. There doesnt seem to be any rules about quiet hours. Neighbors make all sorts of noise from 10pm leading into the AM (5am). Despite complaints nothing is resolved and it will prob get worse during the summer

In over 25 years of renting I have never experienced such poor unprofessional management. The last really good maintenance man walked off the job because of anabel the manager. Old appliances break down frequently. Air conditioners look as old as the property (70s) and break frequently. Many complaints by newbies moving in to dirty apartments. Leaks and mold are a big issue. I would not waste a year of frustration on this mess

The apartment office is the worst. They make excuses for everything that is always broken. Nothing ever gets fixed and when you do ask for something to get fixed you get attitude. Its the worst apartment complex Ive ever lived in. Do not waste your time or money.

Lived here for 4 years and loved the community when it was owned by Carroll Management. That team, fantastic!! Great service! Since Woodward management Group took charge, its been a very big downhill. The security measures, service/courtesy from the property management, all the BIG THUMBS DOWN. Oh, not to forget Anabel, the property manager, she is your worst nightmare. Whether its an emergency in the middle of the night, fire, water leakage, no electricity etc. She doesnt cage. Neither does Woodward! Dont move in here if you want your PM yelling at you like she is providing shelter for charity!

Infested with ants and the apartment not clean upon move in. Just a nightmare! I just moved in what a way to start off.

Aven Chastain, formerly Arium Chastain, has been the most AWFUL apartment experience Ive ever had! The property manager, Annabelle, is dismissive, incompetent, and full of lies and excuses. I would rate this place below 1 star because of her alone. In my most recent encounter, I told Annabelle that my apartment has mold in it after conducting a home test and her response was mold is in the air. So, it can grow anywhere. Im trying to break my lease, and they will not let me out without paying a penalty and giving a 60 DAY notice. Even after I told them about the test! Listen to the reviews! The good ones are not true! Several residents are moving out because of their treatment. Do. Not. Move. Here.
