Ive lived here for almost 3 years now and each new manager has been worse than the last. During this time every time I had a complaint they would not listen or do anything. Starting with the filthy hallways that they have cleaned twice in the entire time I have lived here. My wife had health issues from the amount of dust from the air ducts and they would not clean them. There are stray cats everywhere and they have been scratching up my car for the past 6 months with no resolution. They dont make you feel like part of a community...I would avoid this complex at all costs!
Lack of communication (phones not being answered- I have called while walking in the office and have seen staff sitting at their desk and not answering while it's ringing, no response to multiple emails sent to four different Arium accounts that specifically ask for a response, no maintenance update reports left in apartment after work has been done), constant maintenance issues, loss of packages in the front office, having to ask several times for a copy of the lease to be signed, pool closed
I've had several situations where I've made requests from the office (either maint. /otherwise) and I'm told it will be taken care of, but nothing was ever written down. (The Maint. guys are so nice!) The stairwells are not cleaned monthly like the previous management company. We love the apartment, but not impressed otherwise. The office staff seems distracted most of the time... Entrances look great, but the grounds are nasty with debris, cigarette butts and garbage inside the gates.
Great location and great value. Disappointed by the fitness room, treadmills that face away from the TV, lack of wifi, cleaning wipes are always out of stock, etc. Gate is broken constantly. I find that communication between staff and residents could be better. Always disappointed that there is not a system in place for notifying residents of a packaged delivered to the office.
I only say average due to the fact that the maintenance staff does not take their work seriously! Building 6 has dog droppings behind he apartment complex and no one attempts to try to clean it from a complex perspective. The interior stairwells need to be painted asap! They pressure washed it over a year after they said they would - but it truly needs to be painted! Also , I moved into my apartment without a fresh coat of paint. The staff is extremely nice, but the maintenance is lackluster.
