I do not recommend for anyone to move here. The walls are paper thin! The 2nd floor entrance and living room is above the 1st floor bedroom. No matter what there is constant noise! I hear everything!
There are bugs nonstop because of holes in the apartment.
The parking lots fill up!
The laundry room is dusty and moldy.
Any review that gives higher than a 2 is a lie.
The customer services is horrible. When Jonathan was here everything was going well. The customer service was excellent. The pest control issues I have experience have made be take the decision of moving out.
There are just so many issues. There are rats, that roam the complex as well as roaches that never completely go away. You can often find trash through out the complex as well.
Arbors at Berkeley is in a great location and an affordable price for the area. The staff are friendly and happy to help when you need it, while giving you privacy and space. The common grounds are generally well kept and maintenance requests are answered same day or within the next day or two. The walls are a bit thin, but it's an older building and you get used to it. There are security cameras on at least two of the parking lots, and a nighttime security guard.
New property manager has an attitude, and is very lazy about replying to emails, taking phone calls, and just communicating period. Maintenance is okay, just depending. They try to fix things cheaply. I signed my lease under a different apartment manager, one that was nice and took care of my concerns.
