At first, I loved it. Management was nice and very chill. Maintenance always comes in a timely manner, but the buildings are extremely outdated, there is virtually no storage space in the kitchen (no drawers and limited cabinets). We only lived here for about 6.5 months. From the get-go we noticed a bug problem. Now me and my roommate arent squeamish towards bugs, so we just assumed it was because of the various cracks in the building that may have allowed bugs in from outside. We werent happy about the bugs, but they sent pest control out when we ask, and we just decided we wouldnt renew our lease there after it was up.
But then things got worse. Our A/C unit was broken on and off all summer. They gave us a window unit that made our power bill skyrocket, and we started having a SERIOUS roach problem. They were infesting everything. They seemed to be coming from the walls and the drains. We noticed our upstairs neighbors had moved out and then the roaches got even worse. When they sent out the pest control guy, he informed us that management had been ignoring the living conditions of our upstairs neighbors in order to keep getting their money. It was only until pest control threatened to call the health department that management decided to evict them and start a clean out process for the whole building. By then, things were too far gone, and their pest control attempts hardly work. They just keep pushing the roaches into other peoples apartments. I discovered multiple nests in our belongings and under electronics over the past month. We confronted management with documentation of the infestation and they agreed to let us out of our lease early, but they were not very nice about it and hung up on us several times while we tried to negotiate terms with them. We are finally getting out after only completing 7 months of our 12-month lease.
Overall, I do NOT recommend this place.

Jonathan is excellent!
I am a resident of four years. it is a quiet & pleasant place to reside. convenient to grocery stores, shopping & great restaurants. easy access to 75 / 85.midtown. .
I do not recommend for anyone to move here. The walls are paper thin! The 2nd floor entrance and living room is above the 1st floor bedroom. No matter what there is constant noise! I hear everything!
There are bugs nonstop because of holes in the apartment.
The parking lots fill up!
The laundry room is dusty and moldy.
Any review that gives higher than a 2 is a lie.
