Great location. Great staff.
Friendly management and staff, nice neighbors, and beautiful location. Pet friendly! Walls are thin, but neighbors are generally quiet and polite.
Arbors at Berkeley is in a great location and an affordable price for the area. The staff are friendly and happy to help when you need it, while giving you privacy and space. The common grounds are generally well kept and maintenance requests are answered same day or within the next day or two. The walls are a bit thin, but it's an older building and you get used to it. There are security cameras on at least two of the parking lots, and a nighttime security guard.
Location is the best aspect: off the major street (so no traffic noise), close enough to I75/85 / MARTA / Georgia Tech Campus, walking distance to Walmart and Kroger. The only concern with the location is safety, since the whole neighborhood is near the midtown, which is not a very safe region in Atlanta. This property itself has some safety features such as camera and patrol. But sometimes it is not preventive. For instance my car was broken in and got vandalized in the parking lot in 2015.
The parking space is not big enough and the number is limited. The road would be full of water that cannot walk through during rainy days.
