    This place is falling apart. 50 maintenance orders on lest than a year... Tenants autos towed... Daily parking problems... Harrasing staff... Trash in the hallways... Roaches..... etc, etc, etc. What else? Totally Unacceptable.

    Ms. Aja McNeal in the Leasing Office is SO prompt, caring, attentive and welcoming! In a super unpleasant and tight apartment hunt situation, Ms. McNeal was able to assist us through the application, approval and move in process at Berkshire apartments. Thank-you! ( I must add the other staff was very pleasant too.). I recommend Aja without hesitation. She and the Berkshire Apartment Leasing Staff helped us to find a really nice place to call home!

    The Leasing and Marketing specialist Aja M. was and still is a great help. She made my transition really smooth and answered all my emails and calls with every question I had. Ive only lived here for a few weeks but so far Im comfortable. Im still trying to get in the swing of things and take advantage of the amenities. One issue I do have is the upkeep of the property. A lot of tenants have dogs and DO NOT clean up after them.
