The good, building is nice and spacious, in the beginning I was happy with my decision to live in another (4th Amli) Amli community. Location is great for the most part, but traffic can be a bit much..
The UGLY!! Staff is not honest and upfront, our amenities shut down at 10pm, which was not the time frame when I signed my lease (I can understand the pool, because of noise, but our sky lounge also closes at 10pm, with automatic locking doors, it's over 20 floors up and sound proof). I pay close to 2k or to live here. They have let a few apples spoil the bunch. Which brings me to my experience that has pushed me over the edge today.
When having "rules" for residents, it's nice when they are enforced all the way across the board. I feel discriminated against and I have video, pictures and recordings to back it up. I originally had 7 ppl that came for my niece birthday party at the seated area away from the pool, that beacame a problem with the amount of people; they weren't loud or bothering anyone (I was told we can't have gatherings in club house or pool areas, which I've witnessed plenty since moving in. Nor can we have more than 2 guest per resident.. NOT FAMILY Friendly at all). However, DJ (she's the only one in the office with good sense) made an exception, a few more total of 11 parents and kids (whom where very well mannered) came and we were asked to leave. Meanwhile other residents had 9 guest, beer (states in email recieved no alcohol in or near pool) with over the amount of visitors, no one botheredthem hat all. I am sitting in the clubroom now where another couple is planning to have 12 guest for a dinner party. I'm sure they won't be bothered either (I will be here to take pictures of that as well). I've paid rent on time, been nothing but a upstanding tenant, yet I feel so violated and I am highly upset.
This is the worst Amli community I have ever lived and I use to think so highly of this company. Full story on other review boards.
I moved in at the beginning of this month and have had a great experience so far! Sean was wonderful throughout the entire move in experience and I would definitely recommend Amli Arts Center to anyone.
Very nice place looking for one bedroom
