A new property with a very nice concierge team. The view of the park is really wonderful. The gym is always set at 80 degrees, which I can't figure out, but otherwise a great place to live.

I just moved into this address in July. The front concierge team is very nice. They seem to be very genuine in their willingness to help. The building is still so new in some places you can still smell the materials. Everything has worked well, and I haven't had any issues. The area does still have a lot of construction going on, so you do occasionally have to be mindful of noise if you are in the apartment midday. However, the windows seem to be very high-end and keep the noise down. Publix is within walking distance, but just far enough that you may want to bring something to carry anything more than a few bags. Otherwise, MARTA is a 4-minute walk if you want a quick escape to the airport, and the mall is about 6 minutes. I haven't used the amenities much at this time, but everything appears very well done.

Clean, safe, beautiful environment...like living in a 5-star hotel. Location can't be beat! Great staff.

Just too much for the size of apartment. 3 bedrooms are extremely small.

AMLI 3464 is the best asset in Atlanta! Aside from spacious layouts and closets, the amenities are outstanding. From private offices to a roof top sky deck and lounge that allows Stone Mountain and Midtown views!
